Call for applications for organizing ESREL 2027
In the spirit of fostering continued growth and collaboration in the field of safety and reliability engineering, the ESRA Board is pleased to announce the upcoming call for applications to organize the European Safety and Reliability Conference (ESREL) 2027. This esteemed conference series, known for bringing together a diverse community of professionals, researchers, and practitioners, is an excellent opportunity for your institution to showcase leadership and innovation in the field.
As a potential organizer, you will have the chance to shape the agenda, select keynote speakers, and host workshops and sessions that reflect the latest developments and challenges in safety and reliability engineering. We are looking for organizations that can provide a conducive environment for academic exchange, networking, and collaboration, contributing to the advancement of our collective knowledge and practice.
Members interested in organizing ESREL 2027 are kindly requested to send their application – including preliminary details (country, venue, chairpersons, dates) to the ESRA mail (board@esra.website), by the 31th of May 2025 and a copy to the ESRA General Secretary, Myrto Konstantinidou (myrto@ipta.demokritos.gr).
Selected applications will be invited to present their proposal during the General Assembly Meeting during the ESREL 2025 conference, where the granting of the organization of ESREL 2027 will be decided by voting.
Note: There is no specific form or template for the application, applicants should demonstrate their capability to organize a successful ESREL Conference. For more details on the application process, please ask the ESRA board (board@esra.website).
Please find a contract template for the ESRA Conference below. The applicant should agree in principle with the terms and conditions of the contract.
